Delivery Information and what you need to know.
Please choose an ideal delivery date at the checkout. Your order will be made and dispatched for delivery that day. Please look out for notifications from DPD once your item has been fulfilled. Sometimes consignments can get spilt up during sorting at courier hubs, so please don’t panic if you receive one box when your expecting two etc. they can be delivered by separate deliveries. We can not be responsible for communication between couriers and yourselves. If no delivery date is picked then your order will be made and dispatched within 48 - 72hrs.
Although these courier services should be an over night service at Christmas we ask you to allow 1 -3 day for your item to get to you, courier services are at their peak during this period it's kind for us to allow a few days of lee way.
You do not have to be in to take delivery please leave short instructions at the check out for our courier's. We only have limited space for instructions so do be brief. If you are having delivery to a flat please make sure you leave specific instructions if you are unable to be in to sign for your item. Notifications from couriers will be sent on the day of delivery, so please do make sure you have given us a mobile number for the bookings. You will not receive any calls from us or the couriers unless it is related to your delivery.
We can not be responsible for any delivery delays, all items leave us in good faith and our couriers aim to get your items to you within the specified time, however in extreme cases such as adverse weather or COVID sickness and restrictions means items may be delayed.
